Join MP Experience and chef Max Paganoni, of award winning restaurant Max's at Red Hill Estate, as we celebrate the mysterious mushroom. 

Enjoy an informative saunter through autumnal Red Hill and discover Max’s favourite mushrooming spots.


Following the forage, Max will explain the preparation & cooking of the mushrooms collected before a two course mushroom inspired lunch & glass of wine.
