Foraging and Feast at Max’s Restaurant

Join us for a unique experience on the Mornington Peninsula, where you’ll discover the rich diversity of Indigenous ingredients right at your doorstep. Led by Max, Michael, and Ryan, we’ll guide you through a foraging tour in a carefully selected spot, where you’ll learn how to identify and sustainably harvest wild herbs and other native plants. This hands-on experience will deepen your connection to the land and its natural bounty.

After the tour, we’ll welcome you back to Max’s Restaurant, where we’ll transform the very ingredients you’ve gathered into a delicious, seasonal lunch. Taste the full potential of these wild treasures, prepared with care and creativity by our team, showcasing the flavours and stories of the peninsula.

Option 2: feasting lunch only – $120pp
Can’t make the foraging tour? No worries! You can still enjoy the stunning flavours of the wild herbs and ingredients with a feast-style menu, highlighting the harvest of the day.

Limited to 20 pax for foraging and 80 pax for lunch
